1976 Citation mold dark dapple gray Breyer stablemate?
I was cleaning my room and found a 1976 citation mold dark dapple gray breyer stablemate. I researched it, and it was a Sears special, with only 4,500 made. How much would this horse be worth? Also, two legs are broken. I have the pieces. What is the best way to mold them back on?
It would be worth something since it's a limited model. But, being out of the box with broken legs is going to drop the value significantly.
As for putting the legs back on, you'd probably be better off trying to sell it to someone who works with breyer models a lot. Putting them back on without experience gives you a good chance of making it worse instead of better.
You could probably still get some money from it in that condition if you sell it to the right person.
